Twinkling lights were strewn across the ceiling over compotes of seasonal blooms sourced from local growers. Chilled air, the first of the fallen leaves and the rumblings of fall was the setting for this late September wedding at the Metropolitan Building, a quaint and uniquely meandering venue in Long Island City. A joyous celebration where groomsmen stepped down the aisle to Kendrick Lamar and the wedding party took a knee for social justice.
